A technique has been developed for preparing N15 targets which are satisfactory for the study of protons elastically scattered from N15. Three excitation curves and nineteen angular distributions have been measured for N15(pp)NB15 in the incident proton energy range from 600 to 1800 kev. These data have been analyzed and are consistent with the following excited states in 016: an s-wave [...] state near 710 kev; a d-wave [...] state near 898 kev; an s-wave [...] state near 1028 kev; a d-wave [...] state near 1210 kev; and a p-wave [...] state near 1640 kev.
